Jeffery A. Hellinger
Mr. Hellinger has over 20 years of experience in commercial, consumer and general business litigation, with an emphasis on construction law and debtor-creditor collection matters. He is extremely well versed in pursuing and defending bond and lien claims on residential, commercial and public projects as well as in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts. He has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction practices through his employment with construction companies and major building material manufacturers and distributors prior to law school. His clients include general contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, business owners, consumers, sureties, and property owners and developers. He has successfully tried cases in State courts as well as numerous administrative forums.
